Login/password reset is broken on the website and this app. I can't access my account

Tom Gagne

Utterly useless and broken. Landing screen after authing into it sits with loading ring spinning constantly. Then tapping to clear it shows your main page but also the cookie/privacy consent pop-up, but the screen is unresponsive and you can do nothing. Have to kill the app in order to use your phone.

Mark

Used to be decent, but now can't even access account. Keeps repeating the process to recover password.

Very clunky and unintuitive and not easy to use. This is like a prototype app that hasn't had any investment in it and idiots think it is good enough. Avoid. The app hangs and doesn't even respond to the back button. If the company is anything like the app then they will lose your money. Very very poor.

Jonathan Kershaw

Awesome, easy to use and understand.

Carlos Membreno

Useless. Log in, then the app freezes with a cookie notification covering half the screen. It's been like this for three months at least.

Neil Gall

Very glitchy, always freezing and slow

Jaime Anteola

Use app to keep track of former employer 401(k), Roth IRA and individual investments since my retirement in 2004. Gives a quick view where I can check that days affect on my accounts or log in access to plan, invest, withdraw, etc. Prefer doing my own thing and this helps me do it, easily. Or I can log in from a computer or call in and talk to someone if I need help. Use it to check my account balances weekly or more.

So when am i going to be able to move investments around in the app you guys have really hit rock bottom if i could i would put my 401k elsewhere at this point
